It does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim to be regulated, licensed or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority of Pakistan, or any Pakistani financial institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other relevant legislation.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. pk556 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied. Satisfying the minimum age requirement does not imply that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Access to and use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Users are responsible for determining whether access is permitted under the laws of their own country, province or territory before registering. pk556 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate, lawful or available for use in all locations. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all Account balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and must keep your Account information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action where appropriate.
Upon registration, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before withdrawals are enabled. Typical documentation accepted from Pakistani users includes a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address (for example, a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah dated within the last three months) or payment method verification may also be requested.
You must upload all documents exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never alter, crop, obscure or otherwise edit identity documents prior to submission. Submission of falsified, modified or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious offence and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of any Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
pk556 reserves the right to request further KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal request.
pk556 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from pk556.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
Access to the Platform requires a compatible device, browser and internet connection. pk556 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for any interruptions, delays or technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including disruptions to internet service providers operating in Pakistan.
Deposits and withdrawals may be made using the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other providers are for context only; their availability as active deposit or withdrawal channels is subject to operator policy and applicable regulations. No endorsement of this Platform by any payment provider is implied.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the operator and displayed within the cashier section. These amounts are denominated in the currency applicable to your Account, which may be Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or another supported currency as specified.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of all applicable KYC verification steps; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements; (c) no outstanding security review of the Account; and (d) the withdrawal being processed via the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. pk556 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal.
Where transactions involve currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate is determined at the time of processing and may differ from publicly quoted rates. Users bear all currency conversion costs and associated exchange rate risk.
pk556 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotions page at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any resulting winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 20x Wagering Requirement requires total qualifying bets of PKR 100,000. Wagering Requirements, eligible games, time limits and contribution rates vary by offer and are published in the applicable bonus terms.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed solely to meet Wagering Requirements at minimal risk, coordinating with other users, or providing false information — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. pk556 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play and permanently close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
pk556 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory rights you may hold. Continued participation in any promotion following modification of its terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required.
All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of pk556 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pk556 name, logo and all related marks are proprietary trademarks or service marks.
You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, copy or exploit any Content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pk556. References to third-party sports organisations (such as PCB, PSL, ICC) are for contextual purposes only; pk556 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in any way officially connected with those organisations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk556 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. pk556 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
pk556 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.
You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose, use gambling as a means of income, or attempt to recover gambling losses through further gambling.

pk556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) continued Account operation poses a legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk; (c) fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected; or (d) closure is required to comply with applicable law.
Upon Account closure by pk556 for cause, any remaining real-money Balance will be handled in accordance with the operator's published funds-return policy, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to pk556 and any applicable regulatory hold. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of Account closure for cause.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting pk556 support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of the law applicable in your jurisdiction, the mandatory provisions shall prevail only to the minimum extent required.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration or the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's published dispute resolution policy. Users may also have rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their local jurisdiction.
This Platform does not claim to be licensed by any Pakistani authority. Users in Pakistan access and use the Platform at their own risk and in full acknowledgment of Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other applicable domestic legislation.
pk556 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address where practicable.
